    Nothing is more important than the security of your belongings and your loved ones. Early surveys we conducted before building this project pointed to security being the highest priority. We answered with 20 live web base security cams. Every garage alarmed for fire, monitored 24 x 7 at no extra cost.

    Security Cams - Smart Phones

    ach of our clients has access to our own App that allows streaming video from all of our 16 live cameras, as well as giving you the ability to rewind the video up to two months in the past. Extra charge? Nope. Even the App is free..

    Garage Electrical

    Each garage has a 100 AMP sub panel with 20amp and a 30amp RV/EV outlet.. Each garage has its own electrical meter so you only pay for what you use. Electrical billing is every three months through the HOA.

    Garage Doors

    Every garage has a Clopay sectional, insulated door, automated by Chamberlain. All doors are 14' tall, with various widths depending on your selected garage. Insulation value of R-9

    Fire Sprinklers

    Every garage is fire sprinklered with a minimum of 6 sprinkler heads. We also have 8 fire hydrants on the property, with the required fire / life alarms. .

    RV Dump Stations

    Yes. We have two located in the wash rack area. No waiting.

    Drive Width

    We have the widest drives in the industry at 71' minimum. Easy to maneuver even the longest RV with a tow vehicle.

    Vehicle Wash Area

    Of course we have a large area for washing and detailing your vehicle. 25' wide x 100' feet deep. Pressure washers, hoses, ladders, are all provided.

    Clubhouse

    Yep. A clubhouse. Have your RV meetings here, hang out if you want. 10 tons of air conditioning, microwave, wet bar, couches, lounge chairs along with designer furniture. A perfect place for a Super Bowl party.

    Showers

    Each bathroom has a fully equipped shower. Perfect for cleaning yourself up after you clean up your RV

    Laundry Room
